Current Application Mapping: Mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector result in large and heterogeneous information systems, offering little visibility to IT managers. We make an in-depth, functional mapping of existing applications and processes, in order to reveal redundancies, functional gaps, strengths and weaknesses.
Target Solutions: The purpose is to analyze functional and technical requirements to suit the existing information system and anticipated changes in the banking sector. This task will be carried out focusing on the main concepts, business objects (BO), use cases (UC), volumetric analyses (static and dynamic) to estimate operational performances and create software that can accommodate changes gracefully.
Assessment: Further to the results of the Current Application Mapping, an assessment stage is required to evaluate the risks and benefits of any planned changes in the structure. We focus on creating links between banking entities and their operating modes in order to deliver very effective operational recommendations, taking into account how users interact with the system.
